Refund policy

We have a 30 day refund and return policy.

Should any issue with your order occur, please get in touch with us so we can understand the problem to provide the best solution we can. We are happy to discuss the issue and provide a refund if needed.

To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any return shipping costs are not covered under the return, this is unfortunately at the expense of the returnee.

To start a refund/return, please use contact us which will ensure we respond as soon as possible.

Once we have received your contact, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

If a product has been claimed under warranty for product failure or fault then we reserve the right to examine the item, either by photo evidence or in person, and approve or deny a refund. Item must be returned to us at your cost to claim a warranty/refund. We suggest using a tracked parcel service with signature services to return your item. We will not cover costs or products lost in the return process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund too.
